Our current promotion has been one of our best sellers and due to high demand we have the need to hire more people. Must be available to work between the hours of 10am-6pm.

Inside Sales Description:

Our Inside Sales Business Development team is our first line of contact with clients.

- As an Inside Sales Independent Contractor you will conduct initial qualifying telephone interviews with agencies and direct customers looking for mobile social web solutions or Web 2.0 development help.
- Create leads by cold calling customers and partners and setting up conference calls and face to face meetings for the business development direct sales team
- Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service
- Contact client following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
- Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
- Determine client requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
- Accurately process customer requests
- Remain current on consumer preferences, industry terminology, trends and technologies
- Communicate and collaborate with the business development team managers
- Enter Lead data into CRM system

Job Requirements:

- Sales experience a plus
- Bachelors degree completed
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent phone skills requires
- Minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- CRM Experience
- You will be responsible for cold calling and following up on leads
